NO
MORE REALITY examines representational and performative
aspects of street crowd and political implication of body praxis
in the public space. It is a mobile exhibition and discursive
project, gathering a group of theoreticians, curators, activists,
magazines and radio projects. The project develops simultaneously
on various places and inter-reacts with local contexts.
For exhibition UNCONTROLABLE SITUATIONS:
MODELS FOR DIFFERENT RADIO USAGES Ligna
proposes five models investigated through their practice: Dispersed
voice: The Future of Radioart, Mobile Phone-Radio-Feedback:
Intervening Counter-Public Part two, Collective Composition:
Dial the signals. Radioconcert for 144 mobile phones and an
unknown number of listeners, Radioglasz - Telepathy with Radiowaves
and Radiobellet - An Exercise in Lingering, Not According to
the Rules.
Panel RADIO ArTIVISM
relies on Bertolt Brecht's stance that function of the radio
does not consist merely in prettifying public life or in bringing
back cosiness to the home and making family life bearable again.
Through presentation and discussion of different local and international
radio projects panel participants will focus on the questions
of different radio usages and on imaginative and political potentials
of it.
More general concepts of relations between art, theoretical
thought and political action will be examined in the broader
framework of the panel.
